We blended beans from the Congo, Ethiopia - Sidamo, and Peru.
Flavor Notes from all Origins: Green Tea, Lemon & Lime, Floral, Mellow and Sweet with Citric Acidity, Almond and Praline Flavors, Blackberry, Cane Sugar, Plum, Vanilla
We also got the opportunity to roast all these beans on a Witching Hour Provisions Fluid Bed Coffee Roaster! We were able to roast 65 pounds of coffee in about 2.5 hours. Thank you Alyssa!
