Each month we'll roast a bean(s) from a different country/farm to create a delicious Single-Origin cup or a Blend of 2-3 Origins.

Bags will be shipped out by the 15th of each month, unless otherwise informed by the Head Roaster via Email.

Why the 15th?
Our Head Roaster (Amber) always attempts to find the perfect roast profile for each bean the two weeks leading up to the 1st of the month. However, sometimes life happens and we might not be able to profile the roast until a few days before the 1st.

Shipping to our subscribers by the 15th allows Amber enough time to really fine tune the roast profile so you receive the best flavor the coffee can offer.

When will my first bag ship?
-If you subscribed between the 1st-15th of the month, your first bag will be shipped by the 15th of the current month. Sometimes we are able to ship out earlier than the 15th.

- If you subscribed between the 16th-30th of the month, your first bag will be shipped as quickly as possible, and you will receive an email with tracking information. Starting with your second month you will be "on schedule" with our 15th of the month shipping schedule.
