A mix of beans that didn't make it into the roasts.
I usually end up with a few beans that didn't make it into the roast because there was less than 1.6kg (my batch size), so I'm going to roast them all up for our Anarchy Blend!
The flavor notes change from brew to brew because of the random blend of beans!
